As the weather cools and trees turn in colors, a shock after the warmth of summer comes. The seasonal shift in our landscape offers a reminder that our own internal landscape is changing as well. This is a suitable time of the year to change our daily routine and diet so they are in tune with the physical changes in the environment.
By living in tune with the natural laws of the season, we can maintain a sense of balance, and are able to build stronger immunity, that is necessary especially during colder weather. Preparing the body, mind and spirit for fall and winter requires a different approach than preparing for spring and summer. Instead of deep cleansing, we take on practices of deep nourishment, or building Ojas. Ojas is considered the most refined by-product of digestion in Ayurveda. It is very unique substance in the body that controls aging, immunity, glowing skin, vigor, mood, sleep, digestion and spirituality. Ojas provides the antidote to stress, as well as physical and mental exhaustion.

We have built this program to give you the nourishment, rejuvenation and vitality you need as our seasons change. With the unique strength of Ayurvedic Medicine and Integrative Nutrition, our Vibrant Health Program will guide you on specific diet and lifestyle practices tailored to your individual needs. These practices will support the cultivation of your unique diet and lifestyle blueprint, and Ojas. You will look radiant, feel energized, renewed and focused.

Meet once in-person with Jitka and I for the program orientation and initial introduction. Going forward, you will meet with each expert separately, twice a month each, for a 50-minute session. Therefore, each week of the Program you are connecting with an expert via phone, skype or in person (whichever is agreed upon and available for us at the time). You are invited to gather once more in person at the end of the program to share your experiences with Jitka and I.
Daily practices at home/office will be recommended throughout the course of the Program. In addition, the first week will include a protocol to reset the digestive system and prepare the body for nourishment, based on your unique lifestyle and goals. You will also set aside one day per week for more in-depth practices including meditation, self oil massage and yogic deep sleep.
